Service Director

Groupe Alliance is seeking a highly skilled Director of Service to lead our Trailer and Recreational Vehicle Service team in Chambly, QC.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the administrative management of the service department
- Develop and implement coaching and training programs for staff
- Supervise departmental operations and ensure efficient dispatching of work
- Monitor and follow up on repair and services to ensure high-quality results
- Manage hiring and staff development to maintain a skilled and motivated team
- Implement strategies to optimize internal processes and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain inventory of store tools and materials to ensure efficient operations
- Open and close work orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Develop and implement operations plans to ensure smooth service delivery
- Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Supervise and organize training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills
- 5 years of experience as a Service Manager
- Performance-based bonus structure
