  • Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our team.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure timely and efficient use of our resources.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training and development strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and customers.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely and effective completion.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, part-time position working 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
