Central Control Facility Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced shuttle bus driver to join our team at Keolis. As a Central Control Facility Lead Controller, you will be responsible for driving a shuttle bus according to the customer's schedule, ensuring the safe transportation of users, and adhering to laws and regulations concerning road transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive a shuttle bus according to the customer's schedule and ensure timely arrival and departure.
- Transport users safely and securely, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Respect and comply with all laws and regulations concerning road transport, including traffic laws and company policies.
- Conduct regular security checks of the bus to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service, understanding and meeting the needs of customers.
- Report any mechanical defects or issues to the dispatch department in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Possess a valid Class 2 driver's license with endorsement F.
- Have a good driving record with no major infractions.

- Display a customer-oriented approach and provide exceptional service to customers.
Work Environment
- Permanent position with a guaranteed and continuous schedule over 4 days.
- Night Bonus available for certain shifts.
- Possibility of overtime, subject to business needs.
