Critical Care Nurse

Kindred Hospital Ontario is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit. As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, utilizing your expertise in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients on admission and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to other caregivers as needed, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
- Participate in discharge planning and education to ensure patients receive optimal care upon transition.
