About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Business Development and Operations to join our team at JMP Solutions - Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve our business objectives.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective business operations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive results.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks associated with business operations and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in business development, strategic planning, and operations management.
  • Deep understanding of the automation industry and its trends.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to distill complex processes into simple, actionable strategies.
