At Chatters, we're a dynamic and innovative company that's passionate about the beauty industry. We're looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Salon Manager.

About the Role:

We're seeking a confident and people-oriented leader who can multi-task and keep things running smoothly in our busy salon environment. As a Salon Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing Retail Operations: You'll analyze, maintain, and improve our systems and processes to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Overseeing Guest Appointments: You'll be responsible for booking and managing guest appointments with a smile.
  • Coaching and Training: You'll share your passion for beauty with our sales team, coaching and training them to achieve store sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: You'll oversee inventory, product ordering, and pricing to ensure we're always stocked with the latest products.
  • Financial Management: You'll monitor budgets, payroll management, scheduling, and cost of goods management to ensure we're running efficiently.
  • Creating a Welcoming Environment: You'll provide a warm and welcoming environment for our guests and beauty consultants.

About You:

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Enthusiastic about Beauty: You're passionate about the beauty industry and have a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Experienced Leader: You have at least 5 years of experience in a retail leadership role, including sales performance, operations management, and inventory management.
  • Strong Communicator: You're an excellent communicator with strong people skills, able to build rapport with our guests and team members.
  • Flexible and Self-Motivated: You're flexible, self-motivated, and driven, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Technologically Savvy: You have knowledge of computer systems, including Point of Sales, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Gmail.
