Your Role as a Store Director

As a Store Director, you'll lead your team to achieve outstanding results while fostering a positive and inspiring work environment. You'll be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, and developing strategies to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Profitability: Forecast sales and payroll in collaboration with your District Manager to maximize store performance. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales results, providing clear communication and insights to your team. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and operating profits while effectively managing expenses.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build a high-performing team by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and motivating Assistant Managers and Supervisors. Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development through regular feedback sessions and performance reviews. Ensure all team members receive quarterly development meetings and personalized plans.
  • Merchandising & Operations: Conduct timely inventory checks and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with your District Manager to address any inventory concerns or opportunities. Make strategic merchandising decisions aligned with Sephora's brand concepts to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth.
Your Qualifications

We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader with a proven track record in retail management.

  • 5+ years of management experience in the retail or service industry, including leadership roles.
  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions, particularly leadership roles.
  • Exceptional time management, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to analyze sales trends and implement effective strategies based on insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • A High School diploma or equivalent; a College degree is preferred.
