Job Title: Welder Fabricator

China Steel Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our team. As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components to close tolerance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications and operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes.
  • Examine welds and ensure they meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
  • Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances.
  • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments.
Requirements:
  • Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in custom fabrication and welding techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
