As we continue to evolve and grow, we are seeking a talented Senior Manager - Trusted Partners to join our team.Your Mission

As a Senior Manager - Trusted Partners, you will play a critical role in consolidating our network of trusted partners into a leading ecosystem based on reliability, data quality, and speed. You will report directly to our Head of Supply and be responsible for expanding, optimizing, and automating our partners network.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and growing our partners network, including marketplaces
  • Optimizing processes and reducing overall Acquisition Cost per Respondent (ACR) through partners negotiated rate cards and tech-enabled dynamic CPIs/ACRs
  • Monitoring partners performance and its impact on business objectives
  • Ensuring premium data quality through in-depth partners vetting, testing, and ongoing management
  • Contributing to the development of our Supply-API strategy (programmatic sampling), working closely with key stakeholders to evolve current thinking and execution
  • Conducting vendor due diligence of sampling partners in compliance with our vendor policies and procedures
  • Managing one Supply Partnership Manager based in Paris
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in ResTech, specifically within a Supply function (minimum 3-5 years)
  • Strong knowledge of data collection methods/audiences and respondent acquisition
  • Negotiation and business development skills to create and develop relationships with external partners
  • Product, technical, and API-specific knowledge and expertise of audience access and supply chain management and optimization, including programmatic sampling
  • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability to navigate through changes and challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent proficiency in English
