Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Administrator to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warranty claims process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and process warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate with customers, manufacturers, and vendors to resolve warranty issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of warranty claims and resolutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless warranty claims process
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
  • Valid G Driver's License
  • Clean Drivers Abstract
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous warranty experience, preferably in the RV industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
