Warranty Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warranty process, working closely with our customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve warranty claims efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Verify and process warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with manufacturer requirements
- Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers to resolve warranty issues and obtain necessary documentation
- Manage and maintain accurate records of warranty claims, including tracking and reporting
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the warranty process
- Valid G Driver's License
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous warranty experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
