Job Title: Food Services Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Director to join our team at Kinton Ramen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food services department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve performance.
  • Cost products and services to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure stock levels are adequate.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our services.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
