Job Title: Food Services Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Director to lead our culinary team at L & Z Trinity Food Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food services management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial management.
  • Human Resources: Conduct performance reviews, organize and maintain inventory, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food services management.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.

Work Environment: The Food Services Director will work in an urban area with a large workload and overtime required. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and handle heavy loads.
