Job Title: Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at L & Z Trinity Food Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food services department, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Service Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily food service operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of food and beverages to customers.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 11-15 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties.
  • Financial Management: Manage the food services budget, balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our food services and increase customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food services management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in accounting software, electronic cash registers, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Work Environment:

The Food Services Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The role requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure.
