Job Title: Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at L & Z Trinity Food Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food services department, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Service Operations: Plan, organize, and direct the preparation and service of food to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of food service staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control food costs to ensure that we are operating within budget.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all food service staff are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
Working Conditions:

The Food Services Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
