Network Infrastructure Specialist

Description:
As a Network Analyst at Renaud Consulting IM/IT Solutions, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our IP network architecture to ensure seamless communication and data exchange between teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop IP network infrastructure, collaborating with project teams to meet their requirements.
2. Perform network monitoring, optimization, and maintenance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure high network uptime.
3. Provide technical support for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) systems, virtualization technologies, and Local Area Network (LAN) systems.
4. Assist in the production of technical specifications for the procurement of networking and computing items, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
5. Collaborate with teams to identify data storage systems meeting project requirements, prepare system specifications, and review technical justifications. Perform system setup, maintenance, operation, and training for Storage Area Network (SAN/NAS/JBOD) technologies.
6. Support the identification of security appliances meeting project requirements, prepare system specifications, and review technical justifications. Perform system setup, maintenance, operation, and training for security appliances, including in-line network encryption, IPSec, CDS, firewalls, and more.
7. Provide technical support for wireless and radio networking devices, including secure WiFi, Common Data Links, Tactical Data Links, mesh radios, and SATCOM.
Technical Support and Expertise:
1. Provide software application development support, contributing to software development activities, including programming applications in C, C++, and C# for various technological domains.
2. Develop and prepare diagrammatic plans for solving business, scientific, and technical problems using computer systems of significant size and complexity.
3. Analyze problems outlined by systems analysts/designers, considering factors such as information transfer, item processing, sorting, and final printed results.
4. Select and incorporate available software programs, create and modify code, and design methods and procedures for small computer systems and subsystems of larger systems.
5. Develop, test, and implement small computer systems and subsystems of larger systems, produce forms, manuals, programs, data files, and procedures for systems and applications, and correct program errors by revising instructions or altering the sequence of operations.
6. Provide technical support on lab and prototype computing and communications systems, contributing to requirements identification, clarification, and validation activities, including system modeling, technical strategic planning, and integration efforts.
7. Implement lab functionality to replicate developmental avionics and computing systems for eventual implementation on specific aircraft fleets, adhering to the Technical Airworthiness Program (TAP), software standards, and industry practices for avionics systems.
8. Prepare technical briefings and provide networking and virtualization Subject Matter Expert (SME) advice and technical support for other related activities, as agreed upon between the TA and the Contractor.
Requirements:
1. Hold a College Diploma or University Degree in an Information Technology-related domain, with a specialization in networking, or demonstrate a minimum of five years of practical experience in the last ten years as a Network Analyst in an organization with at least twenty employees and hold a valid CCNA certification.
2. Have a minimum of six months of practical experience in networks configuration and maintenance domain.
