We are seeking an experienced Administrative Team Lead to join our team at MAHAJAN CANADA LIMITED. This role is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of our office and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

Job Summary

The Administrative Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of 11-15 people, providing guidance and support as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising teams and possess excellent leadership skills.

This is a permanent position, working 30-40 hours per week. Fluency in English is required.

Main Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and guide a team of administrative staff, providing support and coaching as needed.
  • Operational Planning: Develop plans to prioritize tasks, ensure efficient workflow, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with team members, management, and clients, ensuring effective collaboration and resolution of issues.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications relevant to the role.
