About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can lead our telemarketing team to achieve outstanding performance. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, ensuring they meet their targets and provide excellent service to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in sales management. You should be able to motivate and inspire your team members to deliver exceptional results, while also being adaptable and responsive to changing market conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they meet their targets and provide excellent service to customers;
  • Hire, train, or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively;
  • Authorize payments by cheque and order merchandise as needed;
  • Establish work schedules and oversee payroll administration to ensure efficient operations;
  • Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records;
  • Sell merchandise to customers and organize inventory to meet demand;
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of office and volunteer staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations;

Compensation and Benefits
