Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator - Tax and Financial Services

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Tax Tycoons. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Direct and control daily operations, including supervising staff as needed
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
- Motivate staff to achieve their best performance
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maximize efficiency
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Perform data entry tasks as required

Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
