Business Process Innovation Leader

XL CATLIN is seeking a skilled Business Process Innovation Leader to drive cross-functional/cross-BU programs in solution design and delivery. This role involves partnering with business units, IT, and other functions to ensure the successful roll-out of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Implement Processes: Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to define and analyze current processes, refine/design future processes, and implement sustainable improvement and continuous improvement capability.
2. General Solution Design: Identify business solutions to various business problems, understand and synthesize business problems, and document solutions/options through workshops and interviews.
3. Project-Related Design Definition: Define and document high-level target design and business outcomes, conduct E2E assessment to ensure impacted functions and processes are properly considered, and identify resource impacts/needs.
4. Change Management: Apply Change Management tools and methodologies to various projects, including impact assessment, roll-out planning, stakeholder management, communication, and training.
5. Product Ownership: Provide expert advice and develop solutions on specific system capabilities and processes on relevant programs.
6. Knowledge Sharing: Share expertise and lessons learned on program execution among Business Solution Design Managers to drive cross-pollination of knowledge.
7. Work Independently: Drive and deliver solutions on programs with some oversight from Practice leaders or assigned project coaches.
Qualifications:
We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
1. Certified BB /MBB from a recognized program with a proven track record of successful application of tools and techniques.
2. Extensive experience in driving programs in the insurance industry and international environment, coupled with other relevant experience.
3. Experience in consulting roles, equipped with various tools and techniques for status assessments, solutioning, visualization, and implementation of various business problems.
4. Effective Change Management skills, with experience in assessing change impact and delivering change management activities targeted to various stakeholder groups.
5. Robust capabilities in documenting, visualizing, and presenting design decisions and progress status.
6. Manages defined workstreams independently and considers interdependencies with other areas proactively.
7. Influential collaborative skills and experience in cooperating across multiple teams/stakeholders.
8. Good analytical/conceptual skills complemented with effective social/soft skills.
9. Good organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
10. Analytical and creative mindset.
Salary Estimate: $115,000 - $145,000 per year based on location (US-IL-Chicago).
