Salary and Benefits

Job Description

This is a key role within our organization, requiring a skilled Process Improvement Leader to drive step-change improvements in business metrics through leading process improvement projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading process improvement projects to achieve significant enhancements in business performance
  • Supporting the development of management systems, including process controls, metrics, and reporting
  • Delivering training to both new and existing staff on process improvement methodologies
  • Developing and implementing organizational plans to ensure timely completion of tasks and objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong educational background in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Math, Science, Computer Science, or Data Analytics. A mix of skills developed via education and experience in data science/analytics/visualization, process design/systems thinking, digital development programming, project management, business analytics, finance/economics, or other related fields is also essential. Key qualifications include:
