Job Description
  • Become an operations lead for one of CARFAX's key product offerings, overseeing data processes and projects.
  • Lead and manage a team of Data Analysts, Data Quality Analysts, and Data Mapping Specialists across multiple locations in US, Canada, and Poland.
  • Interface with internal customers as the Subject Matter Expert in the processing and loading of accident data.
  • Show thought leadership and communicate effectively to drive business growth and success.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute against project plans and delivery commitments.
  • Create exciting and engaging team culture experiences that foster collaboration and teamwork.
  • Support team members in their personal and professional development, providing coaching and mentorship when needed.
  • Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to develop project plans and participate in resource priority planning.

  • Strong leadership abilities and extensive experience managing a team.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop staff, with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • A proven track record of cross-functional project delivery, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and support skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
