Job Summary:

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Wealth Management Associate in Richmond Hill. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing client accounts, and working closely with our Investment Advisors to develop wealth planning strategies.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Executive Council Team. As a Wealth Management Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining client relationships, ensuring account administration and documentation is up-to-date and compliant, and assisting the Advisor team in welcoming and onboarding new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain existing client accounts, identify opportunities to contact clients, and manage timelines and key dates for accounts
- Respond to client inquiries in an understanding and time-efficient manner (account transactions, requests, account documentation, account reporting, etc.)
- Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and other internal and external partners
- Assist the Advisor team in welcoming and onboarding new clients
- Leverage your passion for planning to coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with their clients/prospects

Requirements:

- Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service that will come across as professional, warm, and friendly to our clients
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Undergraduate degree with a competitive GPA
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
- Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite
- High-quality time management and organization skills

Educational Requirements:

An undergraduate degree is required, with a competitive GPA. An MBA or Graduate degree in finance/economics is considered an asset.
