About the Role
  • Support investment advisors in delivering outstanding customer service and meeting client requests.
  • Carry out routine financial transactions, including purchases and sales of securities, and transaction adjustments.
  • Process deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions for all investment accounts, ensuring diligent follow-up.
  • Analyze, open, and update client files.
  • Prepare portfolio management reports.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and preparing client meetings.
  • Maintain adherence to compliance and risk management rules.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A completed college and/or university diploma in a related field.
  • Two years of relevant experience in the banking, insurance, and/or financial industry.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook Course.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Organizational and priority management skills.
  • Autonomous, dynamic, and meticulous approach.
