Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative support and office clerical functions, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on current and upcoming services and programs.
  • Administrative Support: Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including preparing reports, updating records, and maintaining accurate files.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between customers and internal staff, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on customer service issues, trends, and opinions.
  • Financial Transactions: Process customer payments, invoices, and other financial transactions.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer software and applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
