Office Administrator/receptionist

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. This is a full-time position with regular office hours.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Assist in budgeting and financial record keeping
- Support training and development initiatives for staff members
**Experience**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of payroll processing procedures
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
