About the Role

At Grand & Toy, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Compensation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our sales compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain sales compensation plans, including quota targets, incentive structures, and commission rates.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and finance teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of sales data and forecasts.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to sales leadership and management on sales performance and compensation-related matters.
  • Manage and maintain sales compensation systems, including data entry, reporting, and analytics.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in sales compensation software and systems, including data analysis and reporting tools.
