At Grand & Toy, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Compensation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our sales compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain sales compensation plans, including quota targets, incentive structures, and performance metrics.
  • Partner with sales leadership to drive business strategy and evaluate the impact of compensation plan changes.
  • Monitor incentive compensation monthly to ensure that anomalies are highlighted and actioned as required.
  • Provide analytics to sales leaders and management to explain anomalies and provide recommendations for changes to incentive compensation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in full cycle sales compensation forecasting, target setting, and analysis.
  • Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills and strong technical aptitude.
  • Strong knowledge of AS400 ERP systems and Power BI.
