Job Title: Painting Supervisor

Join Level Contracting Inc. as a Painting Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and recruiting and hiring staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people, including painters and decorators
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Recruit and hire staff, and carry out related staffing actions
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure staff have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Estimate costs and materials, and recommend personnel actions as needed
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Permanent employment with 30-40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a noisy environment
  • Willingness to travel and relocate
Work Environment:

As a Painting Supervisor with Level Contracting Inc., you will work outdoors in a construction environment, with regular exposure to heights and noisy conditions. You will be required to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment.
