Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painting Supervisor to join our team at Level Contracting Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and recruiting and hiring staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate painting projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff, including painters and decorators.
  • Estimate costs and materials, and requisition or order necessary supplies.
  • Recommend personnel actions and lead/instruct individuals as needed.
  • Work under pressure, with overtime required at times.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work outdoors, in noisy environments, and at heights.
  • Willingness to travel and relocate.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a construction setting, with exposure to various work sites and environments.
