Painting Team Lead

Join Level Contracting Inc. as a Painting Supervisor and take on a leadership role in our painting team. As a Painting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the painting operations, supervising a team of painters and decorators, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate painting projects, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of painters and decorators.
- Estimate costs and materials, and recommend personnel actions as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule activities, including setting up machines and equipment.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
- Lead and instruct individuals, and provide guidance and support to team members.
- 1-2 years of experience in painting or a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work under pressure, with overtime required as needed.
- Organized, reliable, and a team player.
- Willing to travel and relocate as required.
- Outdoors, with potential for noisy and at-heights work.
- Construction, inspection, installation, commercial, industrial, and maintenance settings.
