Painting Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Painting Supervisor to join our team at Level Contracting Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and recruiting and hiring staff.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate painting projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet the needs of the team.
- Estimate costs and materials for painting projects.
- Recommend personnel actions and requisition materials and equipment as needed.
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work outdoors, in noisy environments, and at heights.
- Willingness to travel and relocate as required.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with a focus on painting and coatings. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
