About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Designer - Mining to join our team at EXP. As a key member of our mining team, you will be responsible for designing and developing civil engineering solutions for mining projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Prepare civil earthwork engineering drawings and Civil 3D models based on engineering data for various mining projects, including dams, water retention structures, tailings storage facilities, and site earthwork planning and development.
  • Coordination and Collaboration: Coordinate with other disciplines and perform periodic site visits for field checks as required.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to project teams and prepare civil material take-offs.
  • Project Delivery: Support multiple projects, client deadlines, and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Education: A college degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years of EPCM/design experience in the mining industry.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of Civil 3D and AutoCAD, with recent project experience.
  • Communication: Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
