Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team at KZenEdge Strategic Program Execution. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and maintain project plans, including project charters, business cases, and project schedules.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including setting goals, objectives, and performance expectations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Communication and Reporting: Develop and maintain effective communication plans, including regular project status reports and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Business Analysis: Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, business process re-engineering, and solution design.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience in Agile project management methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • ITIL: Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and practices.
