A seasoned project manager is sought to oversee multiple service offerings and projects in the Edmonton region, ensuring safe, consistent, and effective delivery while maintaining profitability and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Promote and instill a safe and best culture in all aspects of the business
* Ensure project safety, quality, cost, and schedule
* Plan and schedule resources, monitor, and take corrective actions
* Champion safety and regulatory compliance
* Build strong cross-functional partnerships across the organization
* Understand and interpret contracts and execute change orders
* Assist in quoting and performing preliminary job walks
* Collect and own complete project and site data
* Develop and build sales relationships within Brock and the customer's organization
* Leverage opportunities to cross-sell Brock's product and service offerings
* Maintain communication with regional leadership and Business Development
* Manage changes to project scope through a defined change management process
* Assist in resolving customer issues and discrepancies
* Identify operations aspects of the job, including labour, equipment, consumables, and materials
* Coordinate with Asset Management and Regional Operations on planning and scheduling
* Work with Business Development and Estimating to transition the job from sales to operations
* Develop and implement project construction execution plans
* Accountable for completion of assigned jobs to the region and customer satisfaction
* Responsible for job cost management and profitability
* Audit ongoing operations and identify opportunities for field efficiencies and standardization of methods
* Support the development and implementation of a project Quality Control plan
* Manage outsourced services within project constraints
* Collaborate with site supervision while managing multiple projects
* Ensure work processes and procedures are consistently applied to the project
* Follow Brock's procurement process in support of vendor evaluations
* Deliver project within defined profitability metrics
* Collaborate with Regional Management and Project Controls to perform job tracking post-mortem and lessons learned

**Working Conditions**

* Working conditions include outdoor and indoor field, yard, and shop locations
* Working indoors in an office environment
* Utilization of Personal Protective Equipment is necessary
* Frequent travel as required

* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word
* Ability to work with all levels of the Company
* Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
* Comfortable working in a hands-on environment

**Education and Experience**

* Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of project management experience or 5-7 years of project management experience
* PMP and PMI certification, or equivalent, desirable
* Supervisory experience with knowledge of employment practices
* Must have Scaffolding/Insulation experience
