About the Role

The Head of Revenue will be a key member of our team reporting to the GM at Serv Recruitment Agency. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth. As a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development, you will identify new revenue opportunities and optimize existing revenue streams.

You will lead, mentor, and grow the sales team, setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs. Your expertise will include developing and refining sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring marketing strategies are driving quality leads and supporting revenue goals.

You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners, overseeing revenue operations to ensure seamless execution of revenue strategies. You will also implement tools and systems to track and optimize revenue performance, ensuring client satisfaction and retention through effective client success strategies.

About You

We are looking for a proactive problem solver with strong leadership and team management skills. You must have excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective revenue strategies. Your communication and interpersonal skills are exceptional, and you are a self-starter with a growth mindset.

Your qualifications should include a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. You must have a proven track record in scaling and building sales teams, previous experience with sales by 'sell by chat,' and a senior revenue, sales, or business development role. Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is essential.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes benefits and career growth opportunities.
