The position you are applying for is as a R&D Project Manager within our Electrification, Smart Building division. As a key member of our team, you will lead the development or creation of products, systems, services, or technologies for our Emergency Lighting business line by facilitating the end-to-end execution of one or more Research and Development (R&D) projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive project teams to achieve milestones and targets while fostering a positive team environment and technical excellence.
  2. Develop and manage cost, schedule, quality, and performance objectives for projects.
  3. Ensure customer satisfaction and manage stakeholder expectations by acting as the primary point of contact.
  4. Monitor and control progress on the plan to ensure achievement of commitments and targeted milestones.
  5. Identify and address interdependencies between projects and project-level constraints to realize specified benefits.
  6. Coach and mentor teams, associate R&D project managers, and other stakeholders in good project execution/development practices and mindsets.
  7. Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, internal functions, Corporate Research Centers, and external relevant parties.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function, with strong technology background.
  • Experience in Assurance & Quality Management, Strategy & Business Offerings, Process Improvement & Optimization, Documentation Tools, Standards and Processes, IP Strategy, Knowledge Management, Risk Management & Incident Handling, Project Management, Planning & Execution, Governance, and General Finance.
