Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule customer appointments for vehicle maintenance and repair, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicle's maintenance and repair, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Ensure customer vehicles are returned in a clean and satisfactory condition, with all necessary work completed on time.
  • Verify the accuracy and relevance of department forms, menus, and pricing guides to maintain high standards of service.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and delivery of service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic understanding of automotive mechanical fundamentals.
  • Experience in a parts and service department or customer service role is an asset, but not required.
  • College certificate or additional post-secondary courses in a related field are considered an asset.
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly wage, starting at $35,000 per year.
  • Two weeks of paid vacation, with additional weeks commensurate with years of service.
  • Monday to Friday work schedule.
  • Group insurance plan, including health, drug, and dental coverage.
  • Pension plan with employer contributions available.
