Job Overview

The Hourly Supervisor plays a pivotal role in driving the profitability of Operations at Aramark. This position is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service, safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency while driving sales and controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize labor costs by effectively managing daily staffing levels, promoting efficiency among staff.
  • Maintain control over production costs, supply costs, and inventory by adhering to established standards of operation.
  • Regularly audit service and quality to ensure alignment with company expectations.
  • Adhere to all standards and tracking procedures daily to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals, fostering a positive experience for guests.
  • Supervise teamwork and service on a regular basis, promoting a collaborative environment.
  • Address day-to-day employee issues in a professional manner, adhering to Aramark's policies and procedures.
  • Support and implement training programs that enhance skills, improve guest satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
  • Assist in annual employee reviews and oversee interim performance issues, ensuring fair and consistent evaluation.
  • Ensure accurate adherence to Aramark's time and attendance procedures.
  • Maintain staffing levels consistent with established guidelines, making daily adjustments based on business needs.
  • Ensure all employees are trained according to company standards for safety, health, and sanitation procedures.

Requirements
  • Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Current certifications as needed.
