Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Aramark. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment at all times
  • Perform opening and closing side work as required
  • Maintain store rooms and refrigerators, ensuring they are kept clean and organized
  • Adhere to food safety guidelines and company food quality standards
  • Complete time and temperature control logs daily for HACCP compliance
  • Maintain a positive demeanor in high-stress situations
  • Operate the dishwashing machine, ensuring it is set up, loaded, run, and cleaned properly
  • Maintain the dishwashing machine's cleanliness, ensuring filters are frequently cleaned
  • Place clean dishes on accurate shelves, ready for use
  • Stock food and beverage concession outlets
  • Manually hand wash and scrub pots to ensure they are thoroughly cleaned
  • Keep kitchen floors swept and mopped at all times
  • Empty trash cans and maintain trash dumpster areas
  • Report any safety hazards or unsafe conditions to management immediately
  • Align with company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, emergencies, and energy
  • Report to work on time and in complete uniform
