About The Role
As a Financial Services Representative, you will join the Customer Service team at our Iqaluit, Nunavut branch. You will understand the needs of the customer and provide the right banking solutions, including opening new accounts, offering credit and credit counselling, basic investment products, and investment counselling. This is a permanent full-time opportunity.
Qualifications Required
You are a highly motivated individual who is passionate about providing a high level of customer service. You have a keen eye for detail and possess strong organizational skills. You are highly reliable, professional, and efficient, and enjoy working with others.
You must:
- Have your high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Have at least one year customer service experience in the financial industry, retail, or a goal-oriented environment
- Have strong interpersonal skills; use a computer and Microsoft Office software
- Experience with financial institution software systems
- Cash handling, customer service, and/or sales experience
- Have acceptable criminal and credit checks

This permanent full-time opportunity is based out of our Iqaluit, Nunavut branch.
