We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as the Campus Engagement Coordinator at Northern Lights College. As a key member of our student services department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive student engagement plan that fosters a sense of community on campus.

This role involves coordinating various events throughout the academic year, including orientations, workshops, and other activities designed to support students' overall experience. You will work closely with the Student Council to organize elections, provide budget guidance, and offer administrative support when needed.

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and departments across the institution. A certificate or diploma in event planning or a related field is preferred, along with two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

A high level of energy, organization, and self-motivation are essential for this role, which requires working independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher, is also required. Additionally, Food Safe and Serving It Right certifications are necessary. Travel within the region may be involved, so a valid class 5 driver's license is mandatory.

**Estimated Salary:** $26,043 - $26,848 annually (Classification 11), plus benefits such as extended health and dental coverage after six months and vacation pro-rated and front-loaded. The probationary period is 910 hours, and closure during Christmas Break is paid time off.
