Campus Experience Coordinator

About the Role
The Campus Coordinator is a dynamic role centered around delivering a five-star customer experience to every person who comes to our campus. This involves creating word of mouth excitement and building brand awareness in the local community. The ideal candidate will engage in sharing everything we offer at our campus, from workshops and events, to courses in data, design, development, marketing, product, and business.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and front desk support
- Manage opening and closing duties for the facility
- Maintain facility cleanliness through regular walkthroughs and reporting
- Set up and manage audio/visual equipment
- Execute events, including setup, teardown, catering, and other operational requirements
- Prepare and package student Welcome Boxes
- Contribute to maintaining an exceptional student and/or guest experience
- Perform other duties as required to ensure day-to-day facility efficiency
Requirements

- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A team player mindset with a 'can-do' attitude and willingness to follow through on tasks

- Thorough understanding of our product offerings and ability to speak confidently about each
- A flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability
- Previous experience in event execution and hospitality an asset
