About the Role

The Campus Coordinator is a dynamic role that requires a customer-focused individual to deliver an exceptional experience to every person who visits our campus. This includes creating a positive word-of-mouth buzz and building brand awareness in the local community by sharing our campus offerings, such as workshops, events, and courses in data, design, development, marketing, product, and business.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and front desk support
  • Manage opening and closing duties for the facility
  • Maintain facility cleanliness through regular walkthroughs and reporting
  • Set up and manage audio/visual equipment
  • Execute events, including setup, teardown, catering, and other operational requirements
  • Prepare and package student Welcome Boxes
  • Contribute to maintaining an exceptional student and/or guest experience
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure day-to-day facility efficiency

Requirements

  • Demonstrate a commitment to customer service and excellence
  • Be able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work independently
  • Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Be a team player with a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to follow through on tasks
  • Have a thorough understanding of our product offerings and be able to speak to each of them confidently
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Previous experience in event execution and hospitality or the food and beverage industry is an asset
