About the Role

As an Automotive Financial Services Leader, you will be responsible for maximizing profits on every sale while providing excellent customer service. Your key duties will include:

  • Obtaining finance approval from lending institutions on all finance deals
  • Coordinating secure financial sources to purchase finance papers
  • Selling products and insurances
  • Reviewing all paperwork regarding finance and cash deals to ensure accuracy
  • Maintaining records of Finance, insurance files, and preparing necessary claims
  • Interviewing clients for credit applications and presenting insurance options
  • Reviewing manufacturer warranty coverage with clients
  • Upgrading warranty coverage (selling extended service contracts)
  • Reviewing additional protection options
  • Preparing legal paperwork for vehicle purchases
  • Communicating pertinent information to sales consultants/managers
  • Working with the Sales Management team to maximize profits
  • Training sales consultants on Finance Office products
  • Responding to post-delivery customer inquiries
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • VSA Certification
  • Previous Business Office Experience
  • Experience with One Eighty and ADP
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
