What You'll Do

A diverse and challenging work environment awaits you. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and executing timely merchandise shipments from the warehouse to the sales floor, maintaining operational standards on the sales floor, and adhering to merchandise presentation rules
  • Establishing priorities, providing guidance, and contributing to effective communication to drive sales and improve merchandising processes
  • Training and perfecting associates on merchandise presentation rules and customer service to internal and external clients
  • Communicating weekly updates on objectives and addressing issues or opportunities related to the sales floor and merchandising processes; reviewing weekly merchandising reports and communicating changes to merchandise presentation, fashion trends, announcements, events, etc.

What You'll Bring

To embark on a career with us, you'll need:

  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience; merchandising experience is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and verbal, written, and active listening skills
  • A general understanding of retail operations, including fashion trends, seasonal promotions, and inventory levels
