Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement product development strategies that align with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the technical aspects of product development, including investigation, planning, execution, evaluation, and reporting.
- Manage and mentor the product development team, identifying gaps in skills and working closely with individuals to build their strengths.
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective systems and procedures to manage multiple projects in the sales and innovation pipeline.
- Guide the team in meeting operational standards for quality, cost, food safety, and sustainability.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the food industry.
