About the Position

This role is responsible for overseeing financial operations in goods production, utilities, and construction. The Financial Operations Director will lead teams in making informed financial decisions that drive business growth while maintaining financial stability.

Responsibilities

  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority and create optimum working conditions.

Requirements

5 years or more experience in a senior financial role. Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal awareness, and team player attitude.
