Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst for Supply Chain Optimization to join our team. As a key member, you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, develop customized solutions, and provide ongoing support and maintenance for Rootstock ERP.
Your responsibilities include:
- Understanding clients' business processes and requirements
- Building strong working relationships with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts
- Configuring and customizing Rootstock ERP to meet clients' needs
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance to clients
- Continuously improving and optimizing Rootstock ERP for clients
- Staying current on the latest ERP enhancements, upgrades, and offerings
- Traveling occasionally to visit customers in Canada and the United States
Your Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- An understanding of Manufacturing and Distribution processes
- Experience implementing and customizing ERP solutions or Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, and distribution, or any related field
- Salesforce Platform Experience (desirable)

Compensation Package
