About the Role

Messer Americas is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in optimizing our supply chain operations.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual with strong planning skills to manage and troubleshoot our Warehouse Management System (WMS), track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and collaborate with various teams to optimize inventory levels, storage space, and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop action plans to meet KPIs in collaboration with Regional Supply Chain Manager, Retail Managers, and Regional Admin Coordinators.
  • Track and report KPIs monthly, providing insights for process improvements.
  • Manage and troubleshoot WMS, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Define action plans to improve inventory levels, leveraging data analysis and market trends.
  • Optimize dashboards for KPI tracking using Messer tools such as SAP datasphere and Analytics.
  • Ensure warehouse item configurations and attributes are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock counts with computerized records.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize storage space and streamline inventory processes.
  • Coordinate activities with Marketing, Buyers, and Regional Admin Coordinators to review service levels, implement corrective actions, define order processes, and maintain proper replenishment parameters.
Requirements
  • SAP, Oracle, or major ERP experience/proficiency, along with knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage large SKU numbers.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal abilities and bilingualism (French and English) is a must.
  • Action-oriented, self-starter, comfortable making decisions quickly, and possessing good written and oral communication skills.
  • Diploma: Minimum bachelor's in Supply Chain, APICS certification will be a plus, and minimum 3 years' experience in inventory management roles.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is between $65,000 and $85,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
